2. Four color photos of applicant taken recently,
to be pasted on Business Visa Application Forms.
3. Two Report of Arrival forms.
5. A Recommendation letter from your company stating the purpose
and a recommending Myanmar company or Ministry.
6. Valid passport (good for 3 months at least from the date of entry).
7. One self-stamped return envelope (registered) for the return of passport
8. Visa fees = R$ 120,00
