3. Two Report of Arrival Forms.
4. Valid passport (good for 3 months at least from the date of entry).
5. One self-stamped return envelope (registered) for the return of passport
6. Visa fees = R$ 120,00

CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED .
