2.Four color photos of applicant taken recently,to be pasted on Multiple Journey Entry Visa Application Forms.
3.Two Report of Arrival forms
4.Two Forms of Compulsory Exchange.
5.A Recommendation letter from a Ministry in Myanmar stating the purpose of entry.
6.Valid passport (good for use for a period of 12 months).
7. One self-stamped return envelope (registered) for the return of passport
8.Visa fees =R$ 650,00
