1.    A letter addressed to the Embassy.
2.    Application form with a photo.
3.    Self-written Biographical sketch.
4.    Undertaking letter not to perform other than the religious matters.
5.    Sponsor letter from the Meditation Center/ Monastery/ Venerable
       Sayadaw in Myanmar.

• The application will be considered only after receiving the above mentioned items.

2. Fill out the form at your convenience
3. Visa fee: R$ 120,00
4. One self-stamped return envelope (registered) for the return of passport
5. Return it to the Embassy of Myanmar.
